Saginaw Township has experienced tremendous residential and commercial growth in the last 20 years. In addition to having a wide variety of housing styles and a large stock of relatively new homes, we've also become a retail, medical, dining and entertainment center. And we're in the midst of a boom in property values-both residential and commercial.
