Where does the data come from?

The data that you are viewing comes from a variety of sources around the county and each is updated on its own schedule. This page will attempt to explain the source and schedule for the data displayed on the SAGA website.

"Blue Box Information" Includes TaxID, Municipality, Street Address, Owner Name, and Owner Address and Tax Description

For all municipalities except the City of Saginaw and Saginaw Township, this information comes from Saginaw County Eqaulization Department. It is updated at least twice a year for the tax billings, July and December.
